Why LumenQR

Small details. Serious utility.

A focused toolkit for making codes that feel considered, work reliably, and fit the way you already create.

Instant browser previews

See your static QR update as you work. There is no render queue and no account step between an idea and a usable code.

A considered design toolkit

Tune colors, gradients, module shapes, finder details, quiet zone, error correction, and a center mark from one editor.

Private static creation

Static QR and barcode content is processed in your browser instead of being saved to your LumenQR account.

Ready for screen or print

Export static QR codes as PNG, SVG, or PDF, and choose the right output for a menu, package, poster, or presentation.

Standards-aware barcodes

Create and validate ten common retail, logistics, publishing, inventory, and document barcode formats.

How it works

From blank canvas to first scan.

The generator keeps the whole process in view, so each choice has an immediate, testable result.

Enter the details, then shape the color, modules, finder pattern, correction level, and logo treatment.

  3. 03

    Test, export, and share

Scan the live preview on a phone, then download the file format that suits your digital or print workflow.

Questions

A few things worth knowing.

Do I need an account to make a QR code?

No. The static generator works without sign-in. An account is only needed for dynamic QR codes whose destinations and hosted content you manage over time.

Will a static QR code expire?

A static QR code has no built-in expiration because its final content is stored directly in the symbol. A linked website can still move or go offline, so test important destinations before printing.

Does LumenQR store what I enter in the static generator?

Static QR and barcode content is generated in your browser and is not saved to an account database. Dynamic QR codes work differently because LumenQR stores the destination or hosted content needed to keep the editable link working.

Can I use a logo and still keep the code scannable?

You can add a built-in or uploaded center mark and choose a high error-correction level. Contrast, logo size, print material, and viewing distance still matter, so always test the finished code on multiple phones.

Which files can I download?

The static QR generator exports PNG for everyday raster use, SVG for scalable vector artwork, and PDF for convenient print workflows.

Which barcode formats are available?

LumenQR includes Code 128, EAN-13, Data Matrix, UPC-A, Code 39, ITF-14, Codabar, ISBN, GS1-128, and PDF417 generators with format-specific validation.
